Privacy & files

How your files are used

We store your uploaded photos, reference videos, generated videos, job costs, and manual ratings to support generation, downloads, and testing. Photos are resized in your browser to a maximum long edge of 1,600 pixels and re-encoded as JPEG, removing the original capture metadata. Each person’s photo is sent to the video provider as a separate reference image.

When you submit a generation, the character photos, reference video, and prompt are sent to the configured xysnai.cn video service using MiniMax H3. That provider determines its own retention and processing rules. We have not verified its training-use policy or any promise of automatic deletion.

Person detection in videos

Person detection for your own videos runs in your browser, using a model loaded from this site. Sampled frames, thumbnails, and clothing-color features are not sent to an additional recognition service. Detection does not identify real-world identities. When you generate, the selected people’s positions, timestamps, and descriptions are stored with the job and used to guide the model. The source video and replacement photos are still sent to the video provider as described above.

Payments and credits

When checkout is enabled, payments are processed on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. This site sends the order identifier, USD price, and credit-pack details to Stripe. We store payment-session identifiers, order status, and a credit ledger. We do not receive or store full card numbers. Refund and dispute notifications can adjust your credit balance. Stripe handles the information you enter on its checkout page under its own privacy terms.

Access and retention

File and job access is checked against the signed-in account. The public website can be browsed without signing in. Uploads and video history require authentication. Videos are not automatically published to social platforms. Account passwords are stored as salted hashes; session cookies protect access to your workspace. Google sign-in is not yet enabled.

Files remain in private server storage; automatic expiry is not implemented. You can move files to Trash in the file library to stop playback and downloads, then restore them later. Trashed files still occupy storage. Moving files to this site’s Trash does not delete copies already received by the video provider.

Testing and responsibilities

Only upload material featuring adults that you have the right to use. Private research tests and commercially licensed examples are labeled separately. Unverified test results are not presented as public commercial case studies.

For permanent deletion or questions about third-party processing, contact the site operator. We are preparing a dedicated support channel before enabling public purchases. Do not upload sensitive material during the public beta.
